Summer has returned....this week we said farewell to the AWESOME (fall-like) weather and have been greeted with STICKY humidity instead :/  So needless to say... tonights run was QUITE difficult.  Most definitely the most difficult thus far.  I used my inhaler, but right before we left, so it didn't really kick in until we were half done. :(  It felt like someone was squeezing my throat! NOT FUN!!!  But thanks to David, I was able to run the full amount.  Not fast running, but it was still running/jogging!!!  But I'm pretty sure I am going to hurt tomorrow!!!!!!  We've had a GREAT first month....so I'm hoping this continues!
